Cornerstone Property Limited was incorporated in 2004 and is an Irish owned company involved in the acquisition and development of quality UK and European residential and commercial investment properties for sale to the Irish investor market. Founded in 2004 our mission is based on providing a quality value proposition to our clients to enhance their wealth. By developing sites ourselves, or through our bulk buying power we offer genuine strong discounts to our clients on current market values. In many cases, to further safeguard our clients position, we partner with independent letting companies in the UK and France to provide clients with the security of genuine rental guarantees on their properties over 3, 5 and 10 year terms.
Cornerstone's mixed-use schemes have a development value of £73.5million to include office, hotels and residential units in Birmingham. 2005 saw Cornerstone successfully partner with UK developers, Gallan Group, in developing the 62,000 sq ft Arcadian residential complex in Birmingham, which comprises of 84-apartments and carries a development value of £20million. The apartments were sold on a pre-let basis by Cornerstone to Irish investors where a 10-year lease is in operation offering investors a guaranteed yield.
Cornerstone are currently involved in securing planning for a proposed mixed-use scheme on Upper Dean Street, Birmingham where a total of 196,000sq ft will be transformed into two hotels (pre-let to Travelodge and Maldron Hotels), office and retail space. The total value of the development is c. £54million.
In addition to its development portfolio, Cornerstone currently control c. £40 million of property across London, Birmingham and Manchester, where it manages the letting of these residential properties on behalf of its private clients.
