Ray Bolger

Founder and Managing Director of Cornerstone Group, Ray brings an outstanding level of expertise and experience from a 25-year career at senior management level in multi-national companies such as Guinness Ireland, PepsiCo, BMR Neurotech and Canada Dry.

Ray spent 12 years in Guinness Ireland Group in a number of senior management positions followed by 5 years as Managing Director of medical device specialists, BMR Neurotech, with offices in USA, Germany, France, Spain, UK and Ireland.

This international exposure whetted Ray's appetite for property as an investor, and his passion soon turned into a business decision when he became disillusioned with the property companies supplying Irish investors at the time.

Ray found most companies that he dealt with either offered little value, or let him down on one of the critical factors such as lettings assistance, poor quality fit-out or bad after-sales service.

He founded Cornerstone Group in early 2004 on the basis of ensuring a value proposition for the investor and looking after all of the other ingredients that make an investment work for the purchaser.

Catherine Monaghan

Catherine is Sales & Marketing Director of Cornerstone Group. Bringing with her seven years experience at senior management level in the investment property industry, Catherine was instrumental in developing and executing the overall marketing and brand strategy for one of Ireland's largest overseas property companies.

Catherine heads up all aspects of sales, marketing, advertising and PR for Cornerstone Group. Prior to her property experience, she brings with her over six years marketing & sales experience working in the computing, software and financial service industries.

Catherine's in-depth knowledge of the UK, European, US and South African property industries is at the disposal of all our clients.
