Terms
- €4,750 booking fee
- 5% (less booking fee) payable on exchange of contracts, within 14 days of reservation
- 2nd deposit of 30% when the foundation has been laid (payable circa February 08)
- 3rd deposit of 35% when the roof has been installed
- 4th and final deposit of 30% payable on completion
- Should you not proceed to contract stage, the sum of €500 will be deducted from your booking fee to cover administration and legal costs ensued. After exchange of contracts, the deposit of 5% becomes non-refundable.
